Warranty, Terms & Conditions

If you have a product that you wish to return that is not subject to a warranty claim, the following requirements must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased within the last 30 days
  • Original form of payment returned within 14 days, Store credit issued thereafter up to 30 days.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all parts and documents included
  • The product must be in good working order

All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

Returns of used, discontinued, damaged, unpackaged, or defaced products will not be accepted.

Non-stock and special order products are not eligible for return.

Reno Lighting Return Procedure

STEP 1

Customer required to fill RMA online or download and send the proper filled RMA to sales representative.

STEP 2

All provided information will be verified by sales representative, then send to accounting department.

STEP 3

Accounting department will issue an RMA number and send this authorized RMA to customer and warehouse.

STEP 4

Customer to return products along with an approved RMA. Warehouse staff will review and send the evaluation feedback to accounting department

STEP 5

Based on the evaluation, accounting department will issue the credit within 3 to 5 business days.
