Warranty & Return Policy

Reno Lighting Inc. reserves the right to inspect the failed product to determine the cause of failure and reserves the right to be the sole judge as to whether the product is defective and covered under warranty.

No distributor, salesperson, dealer, retailer or other representative has the authority to change, modify or extend this warranty in any respect, either verbally or in writing.

The product can only be returned in 14 days & exchanged in 30 days within the resale condition. Restocking fee (15%) may be applied. After 30 days. No return will be accepted. A copy of your original receipt/invoice will be required. No special order can be returned.

To make a warranty claim, you must contact a Reno lighting Inc. representative within 30 days of the failure. Please retain the failed product for inspection. This limited warranty will not apply to lose or damage to the Product caused by negligence; abuse; misuse; mishandling; improper installation, storage or maintenance; damage due to fire or acts of God; vandalism; civil disturbances; power surges; improper power supply; electrical current fluctuations; corrosive environment installations; induced vibration; harmonic oscillation or resonance associated with movement of air currents around the Product; alteration; accident; failure to follow installation, operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed by Seller or applicable electrical codes; or improper service of the Product performed by someone other than Seller or its authorized service provider. This limited warranty excludes field labor, freight costs and service charges related to the repair or replacement of the Product.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT USED FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS DESIGNED
